WANGARATTA CARAVANS AND MARINE – WIN A TOYOTA HILUX ROGUE
Terms & Conditions:
1. The promoter is: Warton Holdings PTY LTD Trading as Wangaratta Caravans and Marine whose registered office is at 56-58 Parfitt Road, Wangaratta, Victoria 3677. Name of the promotion is WANGARATTA CARAVANS AND MARINE – WIN A TOYOTA HILUX ROGUE.
2. Employees of Warton Holdings PTY LTD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To participate in the competition, you must purchase a new 2024 Essential, NextGen, Evolve RV or Fantasy Caravans. Only one entry per sales transaction is allowed, and this will be verified by our employees at the time of your caravan purchase. The purchase must occur between 9 am on May 1, 2024, and 5 pm on September 1, 2024.
4. Competition limited to 50 entries. First 50 entries will be included after competition start date - 9am 1st May 2024. No other entries will be accepted once 50 entries have been completed.
5. $5000 non-refundable deposit required at time of purchase as per an approved sales contract and its terms and conditions. Entrant is disqualified from the competition if purchase is cancelled, balance not paid and handover/delivery not completed.
6. Your entry into the competition is generated through a sales invoice, which serves as your entry form. This invoice must be accompanied by a $5000 deposit. Any incomplete entry form will be considered invalid and removed from the competition.
7. Closing date for entry is 1st September 2024 at 5pm AEST. After this date & time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. The total prize amount is: Toyota Hilux Rogue 2.8L diesel, dual cab 4x4 Ute, Automatic in white plus on road cost $75,330. Prize is not refundable for cash and no other colour option or model variant is available.
9. Warton Holdings PTY LTD reserves the right to disqualify entrants for improper conduct which can include but not limited to: infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights or a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
10. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses incurred in entering and/or winning the competition. Any expenses incurred will not be reimbursed regardless if an entrant wins the competition.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winning prize is supplied by and is subject to the trading terms and conditions of Wangaratta Toyota and Jacob Group of Companies.
15. Winners will be drawn on the 3rd September 2024 at 10:00am AEST at Wangaratta Caravans and Marine, 56-58 Parfitt Road, Wangaratta, Victoria, 3677.
16. The winner will be notified by email and published online at https://wangcm.com.au and https://www.facebook.com/wangcaravans within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, Warton Holdings PTY LTD reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.
17. If a replacement winner is required the draw will be held on 2nd October 2024 at 10:00am AEST at Wangaratta Caravans and Marine, 56-58 Parfitt Road, Wangaratta, Victoria 3677. The replacement winner will be notified by email, and published online at https://wangcm.com.au and https://www.facebook.com/wangcaravans within 7 days of the draw date.
18. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. Prize must be collected within 28 days of the draw. Identification is required for prize to be awarded.
19. Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. Data collected on this form is held at the dealership to meet safety & legal requirements and may be used for Sales & Service follow up or direct marketing purposes. If you do not consent to collection of this data you will be unable to take part in this competition.

18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. By participating in this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that Warton Holdings Pty ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any technical malfunctions or failures, including but not limited to those arising from computer hardware or software issues. Participants further agree to release and hold harmless Warton Holdings Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and actions of any kind arising from or related to their participation in the giveaway. This disclaimer of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
